Old Cowboy’s Mission To Saving Wild Mustangs In America

Thanks to one defiant cowboy at the Black Hills Wild Horse Sanctuary, hundreds of captured mustangs now run wild and free. This is where horses gallop on American land just as they did 300 years ago. Surrounded by the Cheyenne River in South Dakota, this land remains one of the most wild places in America. There’s no noisy traffic, no power lines, no litter — only clean air and freedom.

In the following video, we meet the incredible cowboy behind the movement to protect the wild horses of the American West and preserve the land long revered by Native Americans. Dayton O’Hyde is a true american cowboy, a conservationist and an award-winning writer.
